Meet Our Staff

Since my family opened the dealership in 2001, I’ve been a part of it all. I’d say the best part about working at this dealership is being able to see my family every day. Outside of work in spend my time with my wife camping, kayaking, and playing the guitar.

Even though I “officially” started my career at Sparta Chevy in 2007, I’ve been involved in the family business since the beginning! Before working my way up the ladder to the management team, both my brother, Connor, and I started in the wash bay.. Getting to work alongside my family has been a blessing, and having the best team in the auto industry makes coming to work every day enjoyable. Outside of work, I love to be outdoors. You’ll most likely find me spending time with my wife boating on Lake Michigan, working in our horse barn, playing with our big green tractors, or sitting on the beach in Florida.

I’ve worked at Sparta Chevrolet since I was a teenager. I started in the wash bay, then went into sales, and now I am managing my team. I am thankful to work alongside my family every day, and hope to provide my son Carter with the same opportunities that I have been so fortunate to have.

I’ve worked in the automotive industry for over 15 years. Originally from Reed City and then the Rockford area, I’m excited to now be a part of the team here in Sparta. I enjoy meeting new people and building lasting relationships with many of my customers over the years. When I’m not at work, you’ll usually find me outdoors enjoying country life with my family. As a dad of three boys, my life often feels like an episode of Home Improvement!

I was initially in car sales for a year before transitioning into finance. The best part of my job is creating an environment where people feel comfortable enough to return as repeat customers. Building lasting relationships is something I truly value. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, spending quality time with my family, and playing golf. I also have a passion for 3D printing!

A lot of people know me as “Coach”. I’ve been a part of this sales team since 2002. I really enjoy getting to be with my fellow co-workers who have become great friends and building lasting relationships with customers. I spend my time coaching wrestling, riding my bike with my wife, and chasing around my 11 grandkids.

I was welcomed into Sparta Chevy’s team back in 2018 with many years of sales experience under my belt. I’d say that one of my top priorities when talking to anyone is to treat them like family. My goal is to make everyone that comes into our dealership feel heard. I spend my time with my wife and kids at our summer home on Pickerel lake where we are seasonals at Little Switzerland Resort!

I’ve worked in sales for many years and have been a part of the Sparta Chevrolet team since 2004. My favorite thing about my position is my customers of course – many of which have become friends! If I’m not working, I’m spending time with my husband, kids, and wonderful grandchildren on the small lake we live on.

I’ve been a part of the team here since 2015! I’d have to say that the best part about sales is getting to work with so many different people. Hanging out on a boat and soaking up the sun on a beach is my ideal vacation, but I also enjoy the Michigan winters with downhill skiing. You might find me on a golf course occasionally.

You may know me as “The Yooper”! I’ve worked at Sparta since 2007 and enjoy serving my customers and seeing them leave with a smile on their face! We have a tight-knit group here, it’s like coming to work with family each day. In my free time, you’ll find me on the golf course.

Hi everyone! As a salesperson, my mission is to not help people find just any vehicle, but find the RIGHT vehicle. I started at Sparta Chevy in the summer of 2015. Away from work my kids keep me busy, but I love to go out and enjoy the outdoors.

I started working at Sparta in 2019 as a Delivery Coordinator and officially started working in sales in 2023! Starting in a position focused on teaching shaped me into a Chevrolet expert. In my spare time you can find me on the beach, the boat, or hanging out with my Golden Doodle named Sanford.

Hey, I’m Cole Lesley, and I’m proud to be a Sales Representative here at Sparta Chevy. I’m from Grant, Michigan, and I enjoy helping people find the right vehicle without all the pressure. I started working at Sparta Chevy in 2023 after graduating from Davenport University! You may know me as one of the “tech girls” at the dealership. I have worked in Sparta for many years, and I love to build personal connections with the people here. I joined Sparta Chevrolet as a Delivery Coordinator in the spring of 2026, and I am excited to help create a positive and memorable experience for every customer! One of my favorite parts of my role is building lasting relationships with customers and helping them feel confident throughout their new vehicle and all of its exciting features! When I’m not at work, I enjoy staying active at the gym, spending time outdoors, and cuddling with my cat, Luna. I also love reading, whether it’s a traditional book or something on my Kindle while enjoying a walk. In my spare time, I enjoy learning about personal nutrition and fitness and am always looking for ways to expand my knowledge!

The best part of what I do, is the people I meet along the way. I’ve raised horses and traveled most of my life, so helping my customers find the trailer that suits their needs is a great feeling. At home I’m always chasing Goose (my dog) around and Kayaking down the river on sunny days!

My hobbies include traveling up north for weekend getaways and taking my 4-wheelers out to find new trails. I’ve always had a hobby for fixing up cars, so servicing trailers comes naturally to me.

I’ve become good buddies with the people I work with, so coming to work is always fun. I ride motorcycles often and take my Harley for joyrides all around Michigan!

If you also enjoy corn hole, you might see me at a tournament! I enjoy spending my time throwing bags with friends and making memories with my family. One thing this position has helped me do is step out of my comfort zone! I’ve made many new friendships since starting at the beginning of 2024.

With my position you may not see me working up front, but you might hear my laugh. My job keeps me on my toes and I enjoy the variety of tasks I perform. When I’m not at work, I’m watching sports and going on cruises with friends and family.

I love working in the same town that I live in. We have a lot of local and loyal customers that come to the dealership and it’s great to see community members so often. In my free time I enjoy gardening, sewing, fishing, and hunting.

I started working at this dealership in September of 2000 (before this buidling was offically open!). My favorite thing is that Sparta Chevrolet is small enough to know everyone that works here. I also love my short commute to work!

If you’ve met me, you know that im a dog person. I typically spend my time with my husband, our four-legged family members, and friends. I started at Sparta Chevrolet back in 2017 and can say that each day is like working with family – employees and customers alike. We have a positive energy here and it makes coming to work so much more enjoyable. PS, please bring your dog to the dealership when you visit.
